When will this change take effect?  Currently we expect implementation on August 1, this page will be have the latest updates.

Is Docomo Pacific acquiring PDS Telecom Services?  Not at this time, PDS continues to be the telecom carrier of record for these services.

Who do we call if we have any Telecom Services issues?  HelpDesk contact info remains the same (671) 300-0220 or helpdesk@PDSguam.com.

Who do we call if we have any Billing issues?  Contact the Help Desk at (671) 300-0220 or helpdesk@PDSguam.com.

Who do we make our recurring Purchase Orders for Service out to? No changes required, the PO’s should be made out to Pacific Data Systems.

Pacific Data Systems has entered into an operating agreement with Docomo Pacific for the following support services related to your PDS's Telecommunications services.

  • Customer service, including Billing, Help Desk, Technical Support
  • Network Operations and support


Please note:

  • The PDS-DPAC Operating agreement will become effective on August 1, 2026.
  • All PDS contact information remains the same.
  • All PDS terms of service and service rates are unchanged.
  • New invoice payment instructions will be provided for the Aug billing period, but will not change before this time.
